RETURNS POLICY
If you’ve changed your mind
From 18th March 2020 until further notice, we will not provide a refund where you have simply changed your mind about products purchased from Sonsa Markets. If you have over-purchased additional items, we encourage you to share with those in need, in particular the elderly, disabled and most vulnerable.
Faulty products
With Proof of Purchase
If the product you buy from Sonsa Markets is faulty then we will happily refund the purchase price or exchange the product.
To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must bring the product and proof of purchase (receipt) to the register.
Any cost incurred by you in bringing the item to the service desk will be borne by you.
Without Proof of Purchase
If you do not have proof of purchase and you wish to return a faulty or defective product, we will, at our discretion, provide you with an exchange to the value of the purchase price. Where applicable, we may reimburse you the purchase price in the original payment method.
All refunds are to be authorised by the Manager on the shift.
